To help us process your refund as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

- Order / Transaction ID: Found in your purchase confirmation email
- Plan Purchased: Early Bird ($14) or Lifetime ($22)
- Reason for Refund (Optional): Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve, though it is not required to process your refund

5 Refund Processing & Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, here is what to expect:
- Support Response: We will acknowledge your request within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday)
- Refund Initiation: Approved refunds are initiated within 1–3 business days of approval
- Funds Arrival: Depending on your payment method and financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after initiation
- Credit Card Refunds: May take up to 10–14 business days depending on your card issuer's processing times
- PayPal Refunds: Typically processed within 3–5 business days
⏱️ Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear in your account before contacting your bank. Processing times vary by institution and are outside our control once the refund is initiated.
6 Refund Conditions & Limitations
While our guarantee is designed to be straightforward, the following limitations apply:
- 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- One Refund Per Customer: Our guarantee covers one refund per customer, per product. Purchasing ContentForgeAI again after receiving a refund does not entitle you to a second refund.
- No Refunds After Account Termination for Cause: Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations (e.g., abuse, fraud) are not eligible for refunds.
- Direct Purchases Only: We can only process refunds for purchases made directly through our official sales pages. Purchases through unauthorized resellers must be handled by the original seller.
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds. Our guarantee is all-or-nothing.
7 What Happens After a Refund
Upon refund approval and processing:
- Your access to ContentForgeAI will be revoked within 24 hours of refund approval
- Any saved content, generated posts, or account data may be deleted after access revocation
- You will receive an email confirmation once your access has been deactivated
- You may not repurchase ContentForgeAI under a different email address after receiving a refund without prior written approval from DigiCoFunnel
8 Requests After 30 Days
We are unable to process refunds for requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee window has expired. We strongly encourage you to:
- Fully explore all features of ContentForgeAI during the 30-day period
- Contact support at any point if you have questions or issues — we're here to help you succeed with the tool
- Submit your refund request promptly if you decide the product isn't right for you
If you are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented you from fully using the product, please contact us at Support@digicofunnel.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will review documented technical issues on a case-by-case basis.
9 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
